All our granules are made from post-consumer recycled PET, supporting the circular economy and reducing plastic waste.
Rigorous quality control ensures uniform particle size, color consistency, and optimal processing characteristics batch after batch.
Strategic partnerships with recycling facilities across Europe ensure consistent supply and on-time delivery.
Our materials meet international quality standards, with full traceability and documentation for every shipment.
Our recycled PET granules are designed for seamless integration into existing manufacturing processes. The material processes similarly to virgin PET, with recommended barrel temperatures between 260-290°C and mold temperatures of 15-25°C for optimal results.
Pre-drying is essential for achieving the best results. We recommend drying at 160-180°C for 4-6 hours to reduce moisture content below 0.02%. Proper drying prevents hydrolytic degradation and ensures consistent mechanical properties in finished products.
For injection molding applications, back pressure of 50-100 bar and screw speeds of 50-100 RPM provide optimal melt homogeneity. Our technical team is available to provide processing recommendations specific to your equipment and application requirements.
